- Technical Service Failures: Platform outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours, AI model failures preventing image processing, system errors causing loss of purchased credits without service delivery
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges for the same credit purchase, unauthorized charges without user consent, incorrect billing amounts
Partial Refund Eligibility
Unused Credits: Refund available for unused credits within 30 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
Situations where refunds are not available:
- Normal Service Usage: Credits successfully used for image generation or editing, completed image processing requests, services delivered as described
- User-Related Issues: Change of mind about credit purchases, misunderstanding of AI capabilities, images that don't meet user expectations but were technically processed correctly
